What to Do in Wroc³aw

A brief visitor's guide to Wroc³aw

If you're looking for somewhere to spend a holiday in Eastern Europe and you've already been to Poland, let me tell you - Krakow's not the only option for tourists looking for a Polish city break! If you love fantastic architecture and a winter that'll remain in your memory for years to come, then look no further.

When you're here, you're free to drift down to the nearest hotel as soon as you arrive - which shouldn't be hard as driving into Wroclaw couldn't be any simpler. The range of places to stay is truly impressive, and of course you're free to choose the place you find the most comfortable, or the one nearest to the various tourist attractions dotted around the city.

When you're all settled in and you've rested, perhaps played a bit of Hold Em Poker Online while you gathered your strength, then you can head out and explore! There's so many different places to see. If you're looking for a great place to start, the City Hall is an incredible monument and still a functional building. The building has existed in one form or another since the 13th century, and is an incredible sight to behold.

Also, if you spot any Wroclaw dwarfs, don't forget to take a picture! You'll see them everywhere if you look hard enough, and it's a nice little surprise as you walk around. Of course, if you're looking for something a little easier to find and just as lovely to see, the Odra River is a great place to spend some time and take a breather. Although in recent years it has changed from a source of life for the city of Wroclaw to a flood risk, it is a wonderful sight and definitely worth seeing.

That's only a few of the sights - the Rynek Foutain and the Rynek itself are a great example - and it'l be a visit you'll remember for years. Hopefully, you might find yourself returning annually, or even moving in! Only that first visit will tell!
